Ladies, learn how to protect
yourself and your loved ones. Do not let yourself be a victim of a violent
crime by learning how to be aware of your surroundings and self-defense
techniques. I will teach you the basics of Martial arts; Boxing, Kickboxing and
Ju-jitsu techniques to improve your odds of escaping and surviving an attack.
You will learn safety tips on how to avoid being a victim of violence.
Learn how to escape hair grab, hand grab, shirt grab and how to a get a person
off you if He/She is on top of you.
Learn how to get out of Bear Hug from behind and in front of you. You will also
learn how to escape choke holds and strangles. Learn joint lock and Ju-jitsu
submission techniques as well.
For the Kickboxing part: You will learn the basic fighting stand, footwork,
punches, back fist, kicks, elbow and knee.
I am currently offering my Self-defense classes at my Gym in Irvine, or at your
Fitness Facility and offices. I do small group training or private training as
well.
Class time: Tues/Thurs morning and Saturday afternoon (other time is also
available upon request). All training is 1 hour long.
