Our First session/appointment started on April 21st Thursday, If you
haven't called us, reach us as soon as possilble
to get included into the next session.
Our Kickboxing classes are an hour and half long, and will be fast-paced
and fun. We combine kickboxing, boxing, other martial arts like Hawaii Kempo Karate, Muay Thai with
strength training, core exercises and punching and kickboxing combinations
to give our clients fast results.
The classes teach our clients how to protect themselves, build muscular
endurance, strength, power, muscle tone, lose weight, coordination,
flexibility and improve their self-confident as well. Clients can burn up
to 800 calories in our 1 1/2 hourKickboxing
class. In addition to our bags and Thai pads workout, the clients will do
the following exercise as well: push-up, Burpee,
jumping, squat, plank walk, abs and core exercise to strengthen and tone
their entire body.
Women's self-defense Class information: learn safety tips on how
avoid being a victim of violence. Learn how to escape Hair grab, hand grab,
shirt grab, and how to a get a person off you if He/She
is on Top of you. Learn how to get out of Bear Hug from behind and in front
of you. You will also learn how to escrape choke
holds and strangle. This is a two hour class so you will learn a lot of
great techniques that could one day save your or a love one life.
Here is what you need to get before showing for your first Kickboxing
classes. A pair of boxing gloves, You can purchase it in any Martial
Arts/Sporting goods store.
ONLY Kickboxing Students need to buy boxing gloves. "PLEASE"
print out your Groupon coupon voucher in paper
form and bring it with you when you show up for your first training
session.
Kickboxing schedule: FYI, the class is for both Men and Women
Kickboxing Class schedule:
Monday –12 noon
Tuesday – 9 am, 12
noon, 6 pm, 7 pm
Wednesday –12 noon
Thursday – 9 am, 12 noon, 6 pm, 7 pm
Saturday - 12 noon
All Women Self defense class and RAPE
Prevention seminar from 10 am – 12 noon.
***Make sure to wear workout clothes. Bring shoes, a Big bottle of water,
towel and be prepared to have a FUN and Awesome workout.
*** Parking is also available in the back of our Fitness Center.
